STEP 1.) Clear Drive Channel Counters via SMClient:

Troubleshooting > Run Diagnostics > Drive Channels > Clear Error Counts

STEP 2.) Clear RLS Counters via SMClient:
.
Troubleshooting > Run Diagnostics > Read Link Status > Set Baseline
.
STEP 3.) CLEAR Enclosure data & SOC data.
.
RUN THE FOLLOWING SHELL COMMANDS ON
BOTH CONTROLLERS.

Check SMClient & confirm Encl \Slot is logging into both Drive port 2 & 4.
